LYD works to make this site accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA.
What has been done
- Full keyboard navigation, with a skip link to the content and a clear marker on whatever holds focus.
- Semantic structure and ordered headings for screen readers, and a name on every button and link.
- Alternative text on every image.
- Colour contrast in line with the standard.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off or lost.
- Dialogs on the site close with Esc, and focus stays inside them while they are open.
The review
An internal accessibility review was carried out in September 2026 by the site's development team: every page walked through by keyboard alone, contrast measured, and the alternative text checked on every image.
Known limitations
- The checkout and payment pages are provided by Shopify and by the payment provider, and are not fully under our control.
- No audit by a certified accessibility surveyor has been carried out yet.
- Content added recently may not yet be fully accessible. If you come across any, please tell us.
Studio pickup
Pickup takes place at the studio, 9 Yehezkel Streichman St., Tel Aviv. If you need an adjustment in order to get there or to collect your order, write or call ahead and we will arrange it.
