Orders ship within one business day. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Exchanges and returns
A size or colour exchange is available within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to stock.
An exchange is possible only while the piece is new and original: unused, not worn beyond trying it on, unwashed, undamaged and with its original tag.
After 7 days from the purchase date an exchange is no longer possible, including when the size does not fit.
When the exchange is handled by courier, the shipping cost is the customer's.
A refund is issued in accordance with the law and the cancellation terms that apply to the order.

We recommend measuring, and making sure the size and the fit are right, before ordering.
