Shipping

Orders ship within one business day. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is on its way.

For orders shipped outside Israel, customs duties, import VAT and other local taxes are not included in the price. They are collected by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery and are paid by the customer.

On orders shipped abroad of 777 ILS or more (about $250), shipping includes an extra 55 ILS for the export declaration: 180 ILS to the United States and 177 ILS to Europe.

Exchanges and returns

Size or colour exchange

An exchange can be requested within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to stock. It is possible when the piece is new and original, with no use, washing or damage.

Shipping costs for an exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and refunds

For purchases made on the site, an order can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the item or the document with the transaction details, whichever is later, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

In the case of a change of mind or a personal size mismatch, returning the item and the cost of return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

As permitted by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may apply.

The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with the law.

Damaged item or order error

If an item is damaged, does not match the order, or is not delivered by the agreed date, we will handle the return at our expense and with no cancellation fee.
