General

lydofficial.com is operated by LYD, 9 Yehezkel Streichman St., Tel Aviv. Browsing and purchasing on the site constitute acceptance of these terms.

Who may purchase

Purchases on the site are open to anyone aged 18 or over who holds a valid payment method in their own name. If you are under 18, you may order only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the transaction. Placing an order confirms that this condition is met.

Orders

Prices are in Israeli shekels and are final. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, in which case the full payment is refunded.

Shipping

Orders ship within one business day. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Israel, and up to 5 business days by express shipping to the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and the free-shipping threshold are listed on the "Shipping & returns" page. For orders shipped outside Israel, customs duties, import VAT and local taxes in the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

For purchases made on the site, you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item or the document with the transaction details, whichever is later, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010. In the case of a change of mind or a personal size mismatch, returning the item and the cost of return shipping are the customer's responsibility. As permitted by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, may apply. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. A size or colour exchange is available within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to stock, while the piece is new and original, with no use, washing or damage. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, logo and texts on this site belong to LYD. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Product liability

We are responsible for each piece arriving in good condition, as described on the site and free of manufacturing defects. Slight colour differences between photos and the product may occur due to lighting and screens; these are not defects. If an item is damaged, does not match the order, or is not delivered by the agreed date, we will handle the return at our expense and with no cancellation fee.

This does not cover normal wear, or damage caused by care that does not follow the label and the product page (washing, drying, ironing), by alterations or repairs, or by improper storage.

Subject to applicable law, LYD and anyone acting on its behalf are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the site or of a piece bought on it, and our total liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid for it. The information on the site – the size guide, care recommendations and styling suggestions – is general and does not constitute professional advice; the choice of size and the manner of use are the customer's.
