This site is operated by LYD. Browsing and purchasing on the site constitute acceptance of these terms.

Orders

Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, in which case the full payment is refunded.

Shipping

Orders ship within one business day. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Israel. Shipping costs and the free-shipping threshold are listed on the "Shipping & returns" page.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and carries its original tag. Refunds go to the original payment method, less shipping. We may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, as permitted by law. A size or colour exchange is available within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to stock, while the piece is new and original. When the exchange is handled by courier, the shipping cost is the customer's.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, logo and texts on this site belong to LYD. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

We do our best to describe each piece accurately. Slight colour differences between photos and the product may occur due to lighting and screens. In case of a manufacturing defect, write to us and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
